How to tell genuine silk from fake silk?
1. Touch: If bunching up real silk, it crunches sound like walking in snow. Real silk can become warm when you hold it on your hand, but a fake one will not.
2. Use A Ring: If the fabric is thick enough you may apply this method. The real silk can slide through smoothly and quickly, while fake silk won’t. The fake silk will bunch up or even get slightly stuck on the ring.
3. Appearance:Real silk fits better in person than the fake one.
4. Fire: Real silk burns with smell like burning hair while exposed to the flame. Real silk won’t catch fire and it will stop burning when the flame is moved away. Fake silk can catch fire easily and burns with smell like burning plastic. But please be cautioned when applying this method.

This silk scarf, is lovely.Colors- Soft purple, with a light pink border, hints of browns and yellows, and deeper shades of purple in the flowers. The print was exactly as pictured.Packaging- This came folded as a square in a thicker paper, envelope-like packaging, so if you’re hoping for the box presentation, keep that in mind. No box for mine.Overall, I think it’s a beautiful quality scarf, for the price.

Perfect neck scarf.
The silk is incredibly comfortable on my neck. We have had several cool mornings and this beautiful scarf was the perfect accessory. Wrapped around my neck giving my suit the perfect pop of color and elegance. Yes! I admit I loved the compliments as much as the warmth. Then heading home took only a simple fold and it fit perfectly in my purse. Also…something I didn’t imagine is that office that is suddenly colder as buildings attempt to regulate the thermostat to cope with the cold when expecting warmth! This was the perfect compliment to any neckline. Heading out for dinner? The scarf keeps the night air chill away. I have loved leaning fashionable ways to use my scarf to compliment any situation. This is pretty nice. Vibrant colors and nice pattern. As other have noted, the design is only on one side. I wanted it to tie around the handle of a bag so it worked out perfect for that.

I really like the fabric and quality of the scarf. I bought two and tied them together to wear as a belt with jeans. I get compliments every time I wear it. I would not hesitate to by another pattern from this brand.

Excellent quality. Soft and very silky. Neat stitching around the edges. I’ve had success with JERLA scarves in the past, so I continue to purchase their scarves. They are consistently excellent quality. Note – I am using it as a neck scarf and my neck is fairly slim (13 inches) and I would not want to have it any shorter – I tie it twice in the front to make a knot.
