Rust spot around the handle and inside the plastic around the unopened box was filled with black debris. Extremely high temperature, but hair smells TERRIBLY burnt.

Love this curling wand, yes it gets very hot fast but it’s a great wand, just need to kno what you’re doing when it come to hair. I seen a review about hair getting burned out no, & is heat protectant on your that’s a must anyway when heat styling hair .

Curling wand looks like it was used already. I ordered one first and it came like this, so I returned it and bought another one for it to have the same stuff on it.

Love this curling wand!
I’ve always wanted to try beach waves, and I’m really happy with how my hair came out using this curling wand! It’s pretty easy, too, especially because it comes with a glove that kept me from burning my hand as I get used to using it. I got the 0.75-1.25 inch wand, which is tapered and works really well on my mid-length, fine hair. The waves are loose and natural looking. Definitely recommend this curling wand!
