I saw this handy workout device on a video and immediately ordered it. Takes up no room at all, strong, the right amount of resistance/stretchability. Looking forward to a stronger upper back and arms so I can lug suitcases through an enormous airport!

The band isn’t tough enough for workouts. Mine broke less than a month. Find something else more durable.

Non-slip handles are uncomfortable.
Though this band provided good resistance , the flat non-slip handles were uncomfortable to grasp. There are numerous tiny rubber nubs that dig into your hands. I would prefer smooth, more rounded handles. I also felt it could have had more stretchability.
