Very nice quality but you CANNOT take it in!
So this is a really nice skirt, great quality and lots of stretch, very thick, but I was in b/w sizes so I went up and was just going to take it in (which I do with almost all of my clothes my whole life! due to odd proportions and tall height!). Weeeellll, due to the way this material stretches, no matter how I tried to take it in, with different angles and locations and techniques, tapering, etc. it would have lil triangle nubs that would stick out! Since it stretched a little on my butt/hips area, but then was much too big for my waist. I spent forever trying to make it work and just had to give up. But taking out the seams so many times caused a few small holes so i wasn’t able to return it 🙁 So just fyi, don’t bother trying to alter this, just make sure it fits the way you like as-is. It also still ran a little tight across the front of my hips/below the stomach which wasn’t the most flattering (yet again much too big up top and this was going to be the size most flattering for my booty!). Oh and I wish it had tapered down more towards the knees like typical pencil skirts, it kinda flares out and is baggy below my butt which just looked awkward too (and I have big thighs as well). So probably a better fit for someone who is more straightlined/ closer to the same size all the way down from stomach to knees vs curvy. Just not flattering for my body type.

Workhorse Wardrobe Addition
This was exactly what I have been searching for! It is a slim-fitting, pencil skirt that successfully manages to marry stylishness with comfort. It is equally at home with being dressed up with a tailored blouse or dressed down with a tee and flats.The fabric is substantial, not a bit see-through. It lies smoothly on the curves. But it can be somewhat unforgiving over small bulges, so you might want to look into shape wear if you would like to have a small confidence boost about your silhouette. Another angle you might want to consider is ordering one size up. It’s unlikely to be too big, because the fabric has lots of give. The skirt is a pull-on so has no closures, meaning no zipper, buttons, snaps, etc. Fast on, fast off.If there is one criticism to be made, and it’s definitely very minor, it would be that the hem has no vent, and therefore relies on the give of the fabric, so that if you tend to walk using relatively large strides, it might impede you a bit. I can definitely feel a small degree of constraint. But if you take smaller steps, there will be no problem whatsoever. Just something to keep in mind.Pictures show straight on, from the left and the right, respectively. The straight-on view is with a bow and rhinestone belt, showing how easily this skirt will accommodate fancier occasions. For reference, I’m 5’5”, 118 pounds and this is the size small.I’m so happy at last to have found a simple, flattering, go-to black skirt that will work well for just about any occasion.

Love it! Thick enough for NYC Spring and Fall weathers but not too thick for summer. Can dress up or dress down. Will look great with pumps or converse sneakers. Goes great with a blazer or t-shirt. Ohh, get funky with it and wear it with act-shirt and a blazer and some converse. Nice quality. The price is just right for this economy.highly recommend. Definitely purchasing other colors. (Disregard that fupah😉)

Tight in tummy, nice material
Loved the way it felt, nice thick material. Unfortunately it was still too small on the tummy.

Very comfortable and versatile
Size small:I’m 5’4″, 118 lbs. It looks nice but a size XS would fit better, but that’s not available. It goes a little past my knees and its a little loose around my waste but it still stays up and shows my curves.The brown is “cool” not a warm brown. Good material, very versatile, not see through yet breathable; it’s suitable to wear all year with little modification. I’ve worn it on a cold day with a fluffy white sweater and knee-high boots and on a warm day with a pink short sleeve blouse and gold kitten heels.I get compliments every time I wear this skirt. My husband loves it on me.
