Great product
Glad I got this! There’s so many options it’s overwhelming. This is a good price and a nice product. The front flaps are weighted so they stay put, very comfortable and soft. The only thing I’d say is the neck part has heat at the back not enough on the sides of the neck but the chest front has heat and all of the back. Easy to plug in and turn on, different temps and a timer.

Stopped working
Used a few times and stopped working – not heating. Outside of return window. Contacting Comfytemp…UPDATE: Emailed Comfytemp and they are sending a replacement.UPDATE: received replacement. After sales service was outstanding! Received quick response and resolution!!

It works well. Although, I had to keep adjusting it. Probably due to my shoulders being small. It did help relieve my neck and shoulder pain. Good quality.

Helps my painful neck & shoulder!
Broke my shoulder a few months ago. This heating pad fits perfectly turned to fit over that still painful shoulder. It has provided very good pain relief so I can rest comfortably. It’s soft and velvety, weighted allows it to stay right where I need it. It gets much warmer but I only use it on #2 power setting. Love the longer auto shut off options. Great product for the low price.

Helps with post-surgical referred shoulder pain
Day after my laparoscopic surgery I had the dreaded referred shoulder pain from CO2 gas. Ordered this same day and it made a big difference in my pain. I believe it helped it go away faster because I was able to breathe deeper. Very comfy and I slept with it that night. It is not extremely hot but I’m fine with that. Keeps it very safe to use for long periods. It has a timer, you can use it all night. I like to use heat levels 7-9 and can lounge for hours wearing this, so cozy and kind of has TV snuggle blanket vibes. I’m three days past operation now and this is my fashion accessory in recovery. Super easy to use. Get this!

Perfect and great priced!
I’m fighting some serious shoulder pain from fibromyalgia. I ordered this because it was a great value and would deliver this evening! It’s nicely weighted which was a bit of a surprise. It sits firmly and is the perfect size across my shoulders and the heat radiates wonderfully. First heating pad that I’ve owned with more than just Low, Medium and High… this baby has 9 settings! Super easy to use, pop outta the box, plug ‘er in and slap across the shoulders. Nice quick snap to hold it in place.

I bought this for neck pain. My husband borrowed it once and loves it. He now uses it every night. We love the snap to hold it in place. It can get very hot, so I use a lower heat setting. I love the timer option for when I accidentally fall asleep with it on. It covers a large area, which is helpful.

An almost perfect neck and shoulder heating pad.
this neck and shoulder heating pad works great. Has a nice weight and a good heating range. Two things that could be improved is that the temperature control would be great if it would remember the last temperature you set. Instead, you have to start from 1 every time. Also, the clasp is not easy to use; a magnetized clasp would be great.
