1, download Stafit APP and complete registration;
2, click on “Account” and find “My Devices”;
3, click on the “+” in the upper right corner, then click on the “Bluetooth” logo on the page and you will enter the searching for the smart devices.
4, click on the “Bluetooth logo” on the page and it will go to “Searching for the smart devices”. When you find “Runstar-RX”(bluetooth name of scale), click to complete the connection. At this point, please note that a connected logo will appear on the screen of the scale.

this scale is awesome. It’s accurate. Gives you your heart rate measurement which is really good with a single step on the scale. You can see your weight and all sorts of biometrics about your body.The cool thing is that it also connects to your phone, which can then log your data in the Health app which you can view over time as a trend chart so it’s really good.The app is very easy to use. The screen is very easy to use. It comes with batteries so you don’t need to buy any external batteries. This product is really good and I recommend it for anyone who’s looking for one.

Great scale. Very accurate. I like the way it looks. Connecting to the app and the scale was very easy on android. The app is called “Starfit” on the google app store. App shows a lot of information. It’s important to stay on the scale to give it time to get all the vitals.

Great customer service
READ UPDATE BELOW TOO! Great customer service! —- I’ve had mine since December and it worked great for about 8 months. Now it won’t measure any of the metrics promised. I’ve done all the recommended things (wet and dry feet, restart it, check battery, reposition feet) and nothing is working. A bit frustrated that I’ll have to buy (a different brand) in less than a year.UPDATE!!!: They reached out to me and are replacing my scale free of charge. Excellent Customer service!!
